Four disconnected tools, unified into one member journey.
A personalized roadmap and accountability platform that connects onboarding, course access, community, and team data into a single experience.
The problem
A coaching program operated across separate course, intake, community, and team-assignment tools with no unified view of member progress.
Administrators manually reconciled status and onboarding data while members received a generic rather than personalized path.
What I built
- A roadmap engine that personalizes visible sections using intake answers, member type, and explicit admin overrides.
- Weekly goals, commitments, structured reflections, personal progress, and team scoreboards.
- An admin toolkit for users, roadmap content, communication, and templates.
- Automatic onboarding through webhooks, enrollment-aware OAuth access, integrations, and scheduled historical snapshots.
The key decision
I centralized roadmap visibility and progress rules in one reusable service used by member views, scoreboards, APIs, and reporting jobs. That gives every part of the platform one source of truth as program rules evolve.
Result
Members receive a clear, personalized program path, while automatic data flow replaces repetitive copying between systems and creates a useful progress history without manual reporting work.
What this proves
- The ability to connect tools that were never designed to work together into one coherent business system.
- Product and delivery thinking that reduces administrative work while improving the member experience.
Client work presented at a functional level; private program data and internal metrics are intentionally omitted.
