The problem
Small aviation departments needed a purpose-built way to coordinate operational work rather than relying on fragmented processes.
What I built
- A cross-referenced system of record for pilots, aircraft, licenses, manuals, insurance, flight logs, trips, weather, expenses, safety, and compliance.
- Employee and aircraft scheduling, plus automated trip, crew, passenger, catering, and service communications.
- Numerous third-party API integrations that extended the platform's operational capabilities.

The key decision
As the sole architect and builder, I kept the platform intentionally unified: one operational source of truth with tightly cross-referenced records, automations, and integrations instead of another patchwork of disconnected tools.
